HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: The “Win A Trip To Belgium” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins April 1, 2023 and ends April 31, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, visit Belgian Beer Café ‘Souk Madinat Jumeirah’, Belgian Beer Café ‘Novotel Gate Hotel’ or Belgian Beer Café ‘Yas Island’ in the United Arab Emirates to participate. Official Entry Forms available while supplies last.
For customers a minimum purchase (1 item on the menu) is required to qualify to be provided the Redemption Code.
To enter the Sweepstakes, complete the Official Entry Form on our website. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Limit one entry per person, per day.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to consumers who are 21 years of age or older as April 1, 2023 and are residents of the UAE. Employees of Belgian Beer Café and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on May 3, 2023 from among all eligible entries received from all participating locations. Random drawing will be conducted by software ShortStack that is used to create this sweepstake. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One
(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for winner and one guest to Brussels, Belgium. Prize includes a three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) and 50 drink coupons at the Belgian Beer Weekend. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: AED 10,000.
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to additional meals, additional transportation, baggage fees, souvenirs, upgraded room accommodations and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents.
Terms and conditions on travel voucher apply. Travel voucher expires 6 months from date of issue, is non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel must be booked through sponsor-specified travel representative. Winner may pay the difference if the total exceeds the value of the Voucher. Neither Sponsor nor travel representative will be responsible for cancellations, overbooking or other travel-related issues that may arise prior to or during prize travel. Any unused portion of the travel voucher will not be refunded to winner.
Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of winner’s notification. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid passport, visa etc.) prior to departure. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days prior to departure. Travel must be completed within 6 months of notification. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described, or any portion of the prize, is unavailable.
WINNER VERIFICATION AND NOTIFICATION:
Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via email and potential winner will be required to complete and return a Prize Acceptance Form. Sweepstakes Administrator will email a PDF file with the Prize Documents to the potential winner and the potential winner must complete and return such documents by email (PDF) within 10 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within any stated time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner may be selected. The verified winner will be notified by email/phone.
GENERAL RULES: Only Official Entry forms obtained from a server at a participating location and in accordance with these Official Rules will be deemed eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing. Any applicable taxes/duties on prize and any expenses relating to the acceptance/use of prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants/winner agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions, which are final. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Claims may not be resolved through any form of class action. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail. Proof of submitting entries/required documents will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor.
WINNER: To receive the name of the Grand Prize winner, send an email to info@creneau.ae with WINNER as the subject line. Requests must be received by June 30, 2023. Winner will be announced after the winner has been verified.
